Please allow up to 1-2 working day to process your order and 1-2 working weeks for custom orders. Expect a follow up email to let you know your order is on the way.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer 2 tracked shipping options for UK mainland addresses through Royal Mail 24 & 48.

Royal Mail 24 - 1-3 working days

Royal Mail 48 - 2-4 working days

International Shipping:

We offer 2 tracked international shipping options to US/CANADA/FRANCE/SWITZERLAND/ITALY.

Royal Mail International Standard - 3-7 working days

DHL Express - 1-3 working days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ceredigion Dreadlocks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order excluding the shipping costs for the return as this is the buyers responsibility to provide return shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ceredigiondreadlocks@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
